WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER – SHROPSHIRE – CHILDREN
Schedule 2 Recruit are seeking Waking Night Support Workers to join their fast-growing team within Stoke on Trent to work within a service supporting Children and Young People with Mental Health difficulties.
As a Waking Night Support Worker for Schedule 2 Recruit you will be supporting vulnerable Children and Young People with complex Mental Health difficulties and within this role you will assist the individuals in your care by developing their life skills and coping strategies.
You will provide emotional support for the young people, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of care and providing a calm and safe environment for the young people.
As a representative of Schedule 2 Recruit, it is imperative that you provide the best quality care to the individuals under your supervision and have an ever professional, calm and nurturing approach to supporting the vulnerable individuals in your care.

Requirements
- A minimum of six months experience working within a Social Care setting
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to quickly build affinities with vulnerable people in your care and staff teams you work with
