CHILDREN’S HOME MANAGER – SOLO PLACEMENT HOME – STOKE ON TRENT

Schedule 2 Recruit are seeking a Registered Manager to work within a new solo placement home based in Stoke on Trent. Within this role you will be managing a home supporting a teenage aged young person with low level emotional and behavioural needs. 

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Manager to deliver results to a newly set up home. This position will be highly remunerated, and will provide fast-track opportunities to R.I and Regional Manager positions as the organisation expands.

As a Registered Children’s Home Manager you will provide a supportive, nurturing, stable and structured environment for the young people in your care. You will be supported by a full staff team and will be joining a warm family environment.

As a Registered Children’s Home Manager you will be the heart and soul of the home and will use your experience and passion to shape and change the lives of the young people within the home.

Requirements 

  • Registered Manager or vast Deputy Manager experience
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (or to be working towards)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
  • A passion and drive to support children and young people
  • Vast experience of working within Children’s residential settings
  • Right to work in the UK
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
