REGISTERED CHILDREN’S HOME MANAGER – SALFORD
Schedule 2 Recruit are seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to manage a 3 bed home, supporting young people aged 8-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties in Salford.
This a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing organisation, managing the opening of their first Registered Children’s home. The organisation have exciting plans to open a further six Children’s homes in the next two years, which would see career progression opportunities to Operations Manager or Responsible Individual positions arise for the right candidate.
As a Registered Children’s Home Manager you will ensure safe practice and to lead in the management of the home and help it maintain an environment, in which children and young people are valued, listened to and enabled to develop their potential.
As a Registered Children’s Home Manager you will be the heart and soul of the home and will use your experience and passion to shape and change the lives of the young people within the home.

Requirements
- To have or be working towards your Level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
- A passion and drive to support children and young people
- Vast experience of working within Children’s residential settings
- Experience of managing/motivating teams
- Right to work in the UK
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
