SUPPORTED LIVING SUPPORT WORKER – CREWE – PERMANENT
Schedule 2 Recruit are seeking experienced, hardworking and knowledgeable Support Workers for a permanent position in Crewe.
As a Supported Living Support Worker you will dedicate your time to guiding care experienced young people and unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASCs) to:
- Access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities
- Development of life skills including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as budgeting, shopping, and cooking
- Conduct daily care visits to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment, ensuring the Home is clean, hygienic and well-equipped
What you can expect
- Salary range: £27,000.00 to £40,932.00 (depending on the working pattern and professional qualifications)

- Shift working pattern options of:
- 2 days work, 4 days off work (10 shifts / 10 sleeps per month, 150 hours per month and 14 days annual leave)
- 3 days work, 3 days off work (15 shifts / 10 sleeps per month, 228 hours per month and 21 days annual leave)

Requirements
- A minimum of six months experience working within a Social Care setting
- Right to work in the UK
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to quickly build affinities with young people and staff teams
